I am a small law firm and needed minimal IT services. This company developed a plan that was so intricate and so useless for the type of services I needed it became incomprehensible of what they were doing. The system never worked and whenever a request was made, I was forced to follow their protocol of communicating with them instead of answering simple questions as a more customer friendly company would.
