Thought I wasnt getting a reply from Customer service . Emails went to spam. Problem solved
Lora from customer service was amazing. Called to pay layaway off cause I never can wait that long. She was super sweet, very outgoing/good with people, and professional. I love the knives they sell too haha
This is my first order with Blade HQ and I encountered some confusion which was a result of my mistake on a weekend order. When I called, the lady I spoke with was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and eased my mind from the concerns I had.
EDIT - Blade HQ reached out an made it right. This time it wasn't lost and arrived quickly Lost my package and washed their hands of it. Item I ordered was out of stock now and they won't send me a replacement
The people there are amazing and the computers were slow but they entertained us while we were waiting highly recommend going there
