took company a week to process order and another week to receive it with 2 day shipping!
Mehh. The customer service is good. But the actual service they provide is pretty not. Always buy in stock knifes and it always takes 3-5 business days to get a in stock knife to even ship. I don’t care what the excuse is as in 2022 I’ll just go somewhere else who can ship a in stock knife faster than 3 days. It’s that simple. No harm no foul. I ordered a knife that was listed in stock, I got an email saying my money was being refunded due to the knife not being in stock. STILL do not have my refund. I called and am told it can take up to 8 days to recieve a refund. Do you know who else takes 8 days to issue a refund? Literally no one! I'm not happy with my first Blade HQ experience. But hey, I did get a $15 gift card code.
RecommendedNot sure why the seal was broken on all my böker knives and the warranty registration removed? Doesn't say anything about it when you order. Despite that orders where accurate and quickly shipped.
I have used them for a couple months now and have to say I've had nothing but good experience fast shipping and good customer service definitely will be placing more orders with them.
Recently placed an order and never received tracking info. Called them up and they sent my order overnight. Great experience and can’t wait to do business with them again!

Great place to buy on line. They ship fast and are great to work with. I recently purchased a Benchmade Mediator on lay away. Made three monthly payments. Got my Mediator the day after my last payment. Wow! Thats fast shipping! Thanks Blade HQ!
