I bought a microtech hera for a Christmas gift we the person opens the knife it was missing a screw and was super loose sent 2 emails and had to call 3 times before someone answered the phone the told me they will not send a new one out this is unacceptable for a 500$ knife
So beware when you buy a $450 knife and it goes on sale a couple weeks later because they will not honor the lower sale price like most legit companies will…
No customer service at all. They wont answer emails or calls. I bought items for Christmas way in advanced, they still havent even shipped. Please don't offer 2 day shipping if you dont have the ability to provide it.

Buyers beware!!!!! I will Never buying from @bladehq again. First order.. Boker dessert warrior. Received broken. Of course it's out of stock. No replacement. I have to chase them down for weeks through email and phone to just get a simple return label. Now they have received it over a week ago and guess what?? Still no refund. Never buying from them again. I Will tell everyone I know the same. Worse first experience.
Ordered a knife literally a week ago. I understand it’s the holidays and I wouldn’t see before Christmas. I just called today to get a update and see if it has even shipped as I haven’t got a tracking #. The representative literally said I see you got 2 day shipping however it’s the holidays. She went on to say that she can’t do anything about it due to the holidays. She basically said they’re not trying to push out orders there. Their Christmas is more important than their customers.
Ordered five days ago and paid extra for faster shipping. Order still hasn’t been shipped so I cancelled and ordered from knife center. They were the same price and shipped my order two hours later. First and last attempt to shop with blade hq. I understand being busy and slower shipping time but five days to process an order is way beyond normal for any company.
