terrible customer service. never answer the phones, cant leave a message for a call back as voice mailbox is always full. have made several trips to the office, no one there. how these people stay in business is beyond me. If I ever get my laptop back, I will NEVER take anything to them again or reccommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
