Because of shutdown the buying process is an ordeal. But, so far so good . .
My salesperson Kris was outstanding. Very communicative and friendly. Juan made the finance and paperwork part very easy. Great buying experience; it was worth the 2-hour drive each way from my home. If you need a Chevy, go see the men and women at Blade Chevrolet!
It was an exceptional experience. The sales staff was great. This was the easiest and smoothest purchase. I used the pre qualification for financing featureon cargurus and it really worked. I would definitely recommend Blade Chevrolet and CarGurus.
We made a decent deal with Blade Chevy through Costco's auto buyer program. Blade offered us less for our trade-in than another dealer but we were able to make a fair deal with them on a new 2020 3500HD LT.
Great people easy to work with.
Initially responsive via email, but never heard back one way or another as to status of latest offer. I tried reaching out again, but still no answer. Even if offer not accepted, would be nice to hear back as common courtesy.
