It took 5.5 hours to get to the finance manager to do the paper work and we paid cash. 3 weeks and the paper work is still not here in Walla Walla so I can register it in washington so I am now driving on an expired temporary. My salesmen though was terrific, it was pleasure dealing with him.

I have a background in the car business and I found them to be very manipulative and underhanded in their dealings.... Because of this I terminated dealings with them.

Dealer printed Carfax of a Land Cruiser that I was most interested in, which was at another dealership. To deter me from buying the vehicle from the dealership, they intentionally provide a portion of the Carfax. Poor ethics in my opinion.
Very attentive at call backs and follow up.
They gave me an insanely good interest rate, an excellent price for the truck and an easy credit app. They advertised an Awd when it was really a 4x4 which was dissapointing however the overall experience made up for that. I love my truck!
