The price was way too high on their 2013 Lexus RX 350 listed at $31,500 but would take $28,000 for it. The average trade-in cash value for that car was only $22,500 (kbb.com). No way I'd pay $5,500 above what a car is actually worth cash value. It seems that when dealers or their spouse is driving the listed car as their personal car, they want a premium paid for the car for them to sell it. I found another 2013 RX for $23,995, same color, with navigation and a clean Carfax.

We contacted them on a Friday through CarGurus during business hours so that we could go look at a truck on Sat. Did not hear back from them until Monday. Found a number hidden deep within their add abdominal found out that Saturday was by appointment only
