We completed a floor scan for this company in February 2024 in Red Deer after being referred by a trusted firm, yet we have still not been paid. Despite multiple follow-ups, it has been very difficult to reach the appropriate person regarding the very small outstanding amount.
Invited a design consultant for a home visit and requested estimate for a variety of Reno's. Kitchen counters, bathroom counters, plumbing fixtures, flooring etc. had a good visit including measurements etc and then were essentially ghosted. No explanation. Completed work by subbing the work ourselves @ $50k. Very strange but I guess they had other priorities or didn't consider our work to be important or valuable enough.
