Matt with Blackwood Exteriors had great communication. He helped me through the insurance process as my roof and back fence. I had baseball sized hail that damaged my home. Matt replaced the roof very quickly and it is beautiful. Then the back fence was replaced. The work crews were very nice and cleaned up very well. I never did have any trash or nails anywhere. There was a major hail storm in April 2021. Matt and his Blackwood Team came out to inspect the damage. It was determined I needed a new roof, gutters and windows. Matt and his team explained the entire process and timeframe of repairs. Just as he told me, contractors started coming contacting me and work began shortly afterwards.
