Been brilliant from the get go...for someone who fearfully avoided the dentist for about 15 years they were not only supportive but also didnt give me any sense of shame about it.
The reception staff booked my mom in due to an urgent dental matter. She lives in a nursing home and is almost immobile. The staff were fantastic working around her limitations and creating a plan on how to fix her dental issues. I can’t speak highly enough about their professionalism in working with an elderly patient that needed help. I am a client as are my grandchildren, but our needs are normal. Today with mom was above and beyond the call of duty. I will be forever greatful.
I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. From the lovely receptionists to the outstanding dental assistants. Dr Haidee is incredibly patient, kind, understanding, and compassionate. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly, listens to any concerns, and never makes you feel rushed. Always great service and lovely staff
Dr Chin Yeo is lovely. Very friendly and explains everything as she is going along. Made me feel so at ease as I am a nervous patient ☺️ Also Claire the Oral Hygiene Therapist is amazing! She cleans your teeth like there is no tomorrow, definitely recommend
