My neighbors and I live in a twin home. We needed a full roof. My neighbors were charged $7,400... for the exact same roof at the exact same time I was charged $10,500... when I questioned Joe he said my insurance sets it is own price. I later found out he did not need all of the money and at the least could have not charged me my deductible... shady as hell and so mad at this company!
I hired Joe and Blackwolf to repair my chimneys, replace my asphalt shingle roof, and install gutter guards. Within 2 days of calling Joe, I had an estimate. (I am STILL waiting from an estimate from another company, after over 3 weeks). He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The day after I gave the go-ahead, the chimney repairs were underway. Everyone we dealt with was great. Workers were careful and respectful of our gardens etc. job was hired and done very quickly and looks great.
Workers are very respectful and helpful. Always asked before doing anything so as not to disturb everyone’s daily routine. Kept you in formed of what was happening and when they look at being done.

The project manager was professional and communicated well with us throughout the re-roofing project. He answered all of our questions beforehand, and followed through on everything he said they would do. The quality of the work and materials was excellent. As promised, the work was done in a timely manner, and there was no mess left behind. We would definitely hire them again.
Exceeded expectations. Kindly came out for a followup on a holiday weekend to make sure a concern was fully resolved. I also appreciated that Joe was true to his word (when he'll call next, when he'll arrive for an appointment, etc), which is not always the case with some contractors.
