Meats are outstanding! Miss their Bison selection. Great staff!
Oh my goodness! We had bison filet tonight with fried noodles and sugar snap peas… sooo delicious! Cooked the bison filet medium rare with a char on all sides. Seasoned with garlic and onion powder, It was tasty and very tender! I will order this bison filet again and again! Yummy !
I found this company years ago after eating bison at a powwow and wanting to switch our regular beef to bison. I tried a few other bison companies and chose Blackwing for quality and service. We moved and life changed and I stopped ordering. Then for health reasons I decided to go back to them. Best decision ever. I have ordered bison, elk, antelope, wild boar, pork,chicken and some the brands they offer in prepared foods. My digestive issues are gone, my cholesterol is down and I just feel better. If you are looking for great quality food or just to switch up your everyday meals I highly recommend these awesome people. Food was delivered in 3 days and I have been eating the elk sticks for a little work snack and they are the best!!
