ive been using blackwing meats for years now and rhis year there was a snag in my order dor the july 4th party and after i called they did the unthinkable and hand delivered my entire order that same day , out of state even ! we were very impressed when the young ladys jeep pulled in the driveway ! top notch customer service as well as awesome food . thank you again for making our anual party a major hit !!
So I orderedfrom Wild Fork and I ordered from Black Wing, here’s the differences. One showed up on time the other had to be re-ordered because they said it got lost( Black Wing). OK, I can live with that. The manner in which black wing packages their products in my opinion is ridiculous. Thin plastic, barely sealed and definitely not airtight and I will stick with Wild Fork from now on.
Great experience! They immediately corrected a shipping error/miscommunication at their own expense, delivering my company the product it needed with express overnight shipping. Our event was spectacular, the product from Blackwing was excellent, and I will certainly use them again as a preferred vendor. Thanks Tammy and Rebecca!
I'm a new customer to blackwing quality meats, I placed an online order for bison meat, to have shipped to my daughter, there was a delay with the delivery, resulting in an issue with my order, I called blackwing meats, express my concerns, and with no hesitation they stepped right up and took responsibility. Even though it wasn't their error. They promptly replaced the order and shipped it the same day. Best customer service I have had in a very long time. Going forward, this is where I'll be ordering my bison.
