The Insurance company's original Settlement Notice contained some errors and did not reflect the cost necessary to replace the roof with a similar product. Scott made some modifications to the original estimate in his follow up with the insurance company. His supplemental requests resulted in a substantial increase in the claim payment(s). Scott was familiar with Municipal Building Codes and complied with city codes while replacing my roof.
