I want to give it a zero star to this man Dave. Very rude agent. I called him regarding my letter of intent on one of his listed property, immediately he thought I was a scammer and being extremely rude with an attitude. I have a business license in Indiana with a holding company as well. Without even searching if my business is licensed, he immediately made false assumptions of my business is a scam. WRONG!
