I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Ryan and his team were helpful from the very beginning and made me feel comfortable with every step of the process. Communication was top-notch—he sent a ton of photos and updates so I always knew what was going on. Our company vehicles were in need of a little TLC. Initially we were concerned that a body shop would attempt to sell us thing we didn’t need and charge us for unnecessary solutions. We got a hold of Ryan at Blackwell Kustoms, and our concerns subsided. He was able to work us in so our vehicles wouldn’t be down for very long. Ryan at Blackwell Kustoms did a full paint and ceramic coat on my 1998 Mustang SVT Cobra. To say that Ryan is a perfectionist is an understatement. There were micro-errors that I never would have noticed that he pointed out and told me, “I’m putting my name on this. It’s going to be perfect.” which is exactly what I wanted in a job. He went as far as noticing that my 25 year old car had matching numbers on all of the panels and he made sure to preserve all of the numbers, increasing the value of my collector car.
