Teresha treated me so well. She is friendly and outgoing. I love having someone give me a real opinion when I’m choosing glasses. Dr. Nguyen was somewhat condescending. Finding a new provider is difficult. But the office is friendly, professional and efficient. And I like my new glasses!
This team is wonderful! Dr. Nguyen was fantastic and very informative. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and very helpful. Highly recommend!
Teresha was great! I have had check out take anywhere from 30-45 minutes before, but she was done in 15 minutes and had everything ready for me!
I have been going to this eye doctor for several years now, and Dr. Blackwell is amazing. I like him a lot and he is the reason that I come to this office. However, this office staff is very lacking when it comes to friendliness and customer service. I called today because the office staff refused to give my eyeglasses prescription to a different provider so that I could get my glasses made at a more affordable price. I have been going here for years and never had a bad experience until today. I should have known I would eventually encounter one because I suggested this place to my husband and he switched and was treated horribly. Anyways, I have an appointment 17 days away. I only have 2 contacts left and my glasses broke. I called previously to see if I could get the glasses fixed but I was told no due to some loophole.
