Robert, you were quoted the price of 150 dollars for your portion before you came in. We did not know that your insurance would send the check for treatment to you instead of to our office. For some reason, your policy from BCBS does not send checks to dental offices in this area. We are in network with BCBS. We offered to let you pay your portion of 150 dollars if you would agree to bring us the insurance company payment when it arrived to you.
