Arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment time. Jeep went into service on time and was out in a very timely manner! Excellent service - great people that want to help!

The service center at Blackwell is fantastic! They are always helpful! They always ensure you understand what is going on. Shanahan assisted me on my last service. I needed a fog light bulb in order for my car to pass inspection. She found an after market one there that saved me a lot of money. A light bulb might be a simple thing, but it is that kind of customer service that would keep me purchasing vehicles at Blackwell!!
Stephanie was great assisting us with our jeep repairs.
Max was the best! Easy to work with and fun times!
