Only reason for the 2 star is they do have friendly people working here and the sales team is decent as well. Other then that 179 per hour for a diag is absolutely ridiculous all the way around especially when you know that the issue at hand may take several hours to track down. 179 is the gas rates I can’t speak on the diesel rates. Don’t waste your money for them to drag it out several hours just go to a dealership that charges a flat diag fee.
