I would send any one I know to this scooter and ATV. business. I have scanned the web and called all the local Scooter Venders , the Internet has scooters for 8 to 9 hundred, and then they want 3 to 4 hundred for shipping. I bought a 150cc Vespa style scooter that gets 80 + MPG. has a six month warranty. Do not buy from Blackwell auto wrecking These guys are professional rip offs. They sell crap scooters. They will not back there products. They will charge for every fix even if your scooter is new. When you try calling the manufacturer ( if you can get ahold of them, good luck with that.) they will tell you that it's not there problem and that it's between you and the dealer. But they dealer won't give you your money back or give you a different scooter and they won't even buy it back for a lower price. This company is lame ... read more
