Would give them zero stars if I could. Showroom is beautiful but the customer service is extremely lacking. Ordered several types of wood over a month ago. Was told we would receive an estimate in a few days, and once we approved that, the lumber would be ordered. We were told it would be about a month total until we had the wood in hand.
