I had lunch today with some family. The restaurant was slammed pack with only 2 servers. Needless to say, both servers helped each other out to make sure every guest was well taken care of. They did great to be "drowning". The food was amazing as well! Big thanks to our server, Brandon, for working hard today!

I love the black and blue burger! I also really enjoy the relaxed casual atmosphere!
Nothing excites me more than my wife and a good hamburger, so my wife is on a mission to expand my palate. I got my burger! She got the appetizer sampler and gumbo... we always share our meals, I eat mine and half of hers! Palate expanded! Then a nice walk on the Blackwater River Walk... What an evening! Thank you Blackwater Bistro for the wonderful food and wonderful service.
