We have used Blacktop a number of times as our main subcontractor in the Thunder Bay area for a number of years now. Tanner and Crystal are top notch and deliver on every commitment. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Our biggest concern is quality of work as our clients include major corporations and national banks. They are awesome.
