Just came back from visiting Beaufort S.C. for the first time. Loved it!! We ate at the Blackstone Cafe every morning. The first morning we got there a little before 8:00 a.m. and at 8:00 a.m everyone stood up for the pledge of allegiance to the flag. They did this every morning. It gave me goosebumps!! I had to make sure we got there before 8:00 a.m. My dad being a retired marine would of loved this!! Everyone was so friendly and the food was great!!!
