I have always found this practice to be superior to others around. Dr. Pommett has been my doctor for many years. She is both kind and compassionate. Her brilliant mind has seen me though many issues. The office is always clean and you are seen promptly. Thank you to all who make this place so special.
I just had a hiccup with my OBGYN because the nurse practitioner I normally see, left the practice. Even though I do have an upcoming appointment, they will not refill my prescription. I called the staff here and they sympathized with my situation and are working to resolve it. I have been going here for 6 years and everyone is great and this is just further proof of their caring :)
It's too bad ZERO Stars is not an option because they are not even worth that. Hands down the most unprofessional medical establishment i have ever been to. I had to utilize their attached walk-in clinic on a weekend when offices were closed. I was told that my visit would be covered (a standard seasonal weather illness issue, nothing major).
