Absolutely amazing staff . Everyone from the office personnel to RNs to anesthesiologist. I was so so nervous and I had a perfect experience . Can’t recommend them enough .
The person who signed me in was rude and confrontational. She upset me before a procedure I was there for over perfume I was wearing instead of excusing herself and letting someone else don't paperwork. An adult woman argued with me over perfybefore a procefy!! She even tossed my paperwork back and forth to me. Very upsetting experience to say the least !
I had the best experience with Blackstone Valley Surgicare for my recent surgery. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive. I was put at ease by the calming demeanor of the staff. I’m very thankful for the thorough care I received!
