The staff here is so cool today I drove from Visalia to get a wheel alignment and new tires. The staff member that helped me out. His name is Bryce he made me feel At ease, especially me being a woman coming to a auto place. I wanted to make sure I left them a review because honestly, this is my fourth time coming and I live 45 minutes away and I still would drive here for the good customer service and the work that they do
I had such a wonderful experience which the service here. I was having a lot of issue with some tire wear, and some weird feeling while driving; I gave Blackstone tire a call, and was greeted politely, I knew it was last minute to schedule something but even though they were packed Bryce got me in an out swiftly with a fresh alignment fixing my issue. We needed a replacement tire to get us back home asap and went to countless tire shops prior to Blackstone motorsports. Bryce helped us out immediately and got us serviced so quickly. Thank you for your honest service and saving our day!!!
Top notch service from these guy's! I was quoted a price for a job, and these guy's went above and beyond! I wasn't charged a cent over what I was quoted. I'm bringing some doughnuts to their shop tomorrow.
