The team was quick, professional, and thoughtful!
We had major jam in the kitchen drain. Tried DYI unsuccessfully. Blackstone's sent 3 plumbers that wouldn't give up until it was perfect from the sink to the septic.
THE FOOD HERE WAS TERRIbLE
Tommy and Adam were great. While replacing my water heater they discovered a factory defect before installing. They went to lunch while I went and exchanged it. Work was excellent and neat.
Our saving grace! Russell's team fixed a Palm Harbor home issue that others couldn't fix in a fraction of the time. We've used Blackstone Plumbing before for our home needs and we will continue to do so.
