Ean Savoy was not only late to our scheduled tour today but rude when we realized there was a pet policy miscommunication. The way he handled this situation shows a lack of professionalism, and empathy. He claimed we wasted his time and proceeded to raise his voice at me over the phone after our tour. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff at this establishment. From the moment the agent arrived late, it was clear that they had no regard for customer service or basic courtesy. After the tour Ean Savoy was rude and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued potential tenant.
