I bought my furniture there at the store they are very good customer service ******** the owner is excellent he has the best customer service skills that I know of he takes care of you he will not let you leave without your product at a one plus the rest of the staff is excellent and friendly I will shop there again like I said I have what my living furniture from there and my mattress from that store Great customer service

Had a need for new living room furniture. Shopped around all the highly advertised stores and would consider that I had an above average working knowledge of what the market had to offer. It is pretty sad that you try to do business locally Blackstone Emporium, Inc. (Beth and Ben Winn) and spend over $7,000 in their store and have an issue with something you purchased their but yet they aren’t willing to satisfy the customer and void the warranty because they tried to give you something cheaper and with less quality! I do not recommend them at all. And when you call for some reason they are always busy with a customer and can’t speak so they relay the message through someone else.

Greatest Furniture Store I have seen in a long time. I furnished an entire house thru this store. Had done business with them previously, recommended to friends, who bought from them. Have never had any issues.
