It is pretty sad that you try to do business locally Blackstone Emporium, Inc. (Beth and Ben Winn) and spend over $7,000 in their store and have an issue with something you purchased their but yet they aren’t willing to satisfy the customer and void the warranty because they tried to give you something cheaper and with less quality! I do not recommend them at all. And when you call for some reason they are always busy with a customer and can’t speak so they relay the message through someone else.

Greatest Furniture Store I have seen in a long time. I furnished an entire house thru this store. Had done business with them previously, recommended to friends, who bought from them. Have never had any issues.

My dining room furniture was delivered today and I am absolutely pleased with the furniture and the delivery process. Delivery guys were polite, considerate and respectful. Just what I would expect from your store. The quality of the Amish made furniture is even more than I expected. It was worth the wait.
I love this store, has a great selection but most of all the wonderful way we were treated! I absolutely love the beautiful leather recliner we bought and it is exactly what I was looking for. Frankie was so helpful,more interested in finding the right match for me rather than pushing a sale. I am so happy, I'll be doing more shopping there in the future!
