My battery died on my birthday in the morning when I was leaving out of town for my birthday trip. I got the car to dealership and my service advisor Houa Moua was OUTSTANDING. He got me in and out in record time and my weekend plans (and my birthday) were saved!! Great job.
Great service
Our service advisor was very friendly and super knowledgeable. They were aware of the issue I was having with my truck. I've got a flight tomorrow morning to the east coast, and was expecting the dealer to just order parts and schedule it for repairs in a few weeks. Not the case, at all. They are trying to repair it right now. I'm very happy so far with the whole experience here.
The engine is still losing power and the engine light is back on. That’s why I brought the car there. When they gave me the car they didn’t tell me anything and any explanation.
