I strongly urge anyone considering this company to be extremely cautious. I entered into a contract with this company for roof replacement through an insurance claim. A $20,000 insurance check was issued for the work. I did not sign or authorize that check to be deposited. However, the check was deposited without my knowledge or authorization, and no work has been performed on my roof. Unprofessional and nowhere to be found once the job is done and gone awry. Currently working to try and get paid for damages caused by faulty work.

The company in question was, unfortunately, subcontracted by the one our insurance provider mandated we use, and it was not our preferred choice. My roof was replaced ten months ago, and regrettably, it began to leak just one month later. Despite our attempts to contact Blackstone, we received no return calls or emails, and it appeared that much of their staff had departed.
