Unprofessional and nowhere to be found once the job is done and gone awry. Currently working to try and get paid for damages caused by faulty work.
The company in question was, unfortunately, subcontracted by the one our insurance provider mandated we use, and it was not our preferred choice. My roof was replaced ten months ago, and regrettably, it began to leak just one month later.
