Very grateful to be seen today when my tooth cracked on a mince pie! The service I had was 10/10 thank you.
I am sorry I have to write this review. For start this dentist does not have emergency appointments, they depend on cancellations if you need to be seen urgently. This to me is a massive red flag. I had my filling redone two weeks ago at this dentist few days later I was in a lot of pain when I chewed on the side of the filling . I went with my instinct and seeked advice from another dentist closer to home. Turns out my instinct was right .. my filling was "defective" aka faulty, the filling was not fitted in correctly!. The front desk staff are terrible to answer calls to get a appointment I called at 9.30 they answer don't talk then hang it up and I call back they let it ring out when I finally got through I had to wait over a month for a emergency appointment, the dentist is amazing it's a shame the front desk lets the whole dental practice seem so bad. No compassion or compromising to try help an get you a emergency appointment for a cracked tooth causing me so much pain just told I have to wait the 6 week wait for a appointment.
