I felt as though I was receiving decent (not excellent) care there for the last two years since I moved and chose them as my primary facility. However I will say that I don't appreciate being made to wait 45 minutes as a regular thing. I completely understand that emergency appointments have to be squeezed in and that will happen on occasion but it shouldn't be the normal. Dr Chewning and his staff are second to none.
Wow, I could not tell you how impressed I am with this office, all the girls were professional and courteous and that’s rare these days. The MA takes care of everything possible before your APRN comes in the room, and my Provider Chester is extremely thorough and went over everything in detail including a deep dive into your lab work. He listened well and seemed genuinely interested in my condition and his job making for an extremely productive visit.
