I have spent two days trying to get a prescription that the Dr said should help me sleep without coughing all night and the following day I called at 930 am they said it had been sent yesterday by that afternoon they said it was still not processed. how does it go from being sent to not being processed. someone lied.
I almost always have to call multiple times before I get someone on the phone. They never call me with test results. I have to call multiple times before I actually get someone to tell me my test result. I’ve been waiting since Sept 18th to be referred to a specialist and GPS still hasn’t sent over everything the specialist needs to make me an Appt. I’ve called 5 times. I’ve never had to work so hard to get medical treatment in my life.
Awesome care! GPS has always taken great care of my family!
