We had an exceptional experience renting through Blacksford RVs. For context I have rented in the past through other RV companies and I have never felt as accommodated as Blacksford did for us. From fully providing linen/towels all the basic necessities were provided and in great condition. They also had an area with stuff/necessities left from past renters which was great. My family would highly recommend Blacksford! We rented a Solis PX and it was like new, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Cindee picked us up at the beginning of our trip and gave us a orientation that made us feel very comfortable with the equipment. Jasmine dropped us off at our hotel at the end of our trip. Both Cindee and Jasmine were accessible before, during(although we didn’t need them)and after our trip to answer all our questions. Blacksford RV Rentals made our roadtrip experience super smooth and took the guesswork out of operating the van. We rented the Solis camper van. The staff at Blacksford provided a tutorial on how to operate everything before we left for our adventure. They were also available by phone and text during our trip when we had a minor issue pop up. We really appreciated the shuttle service to pick up the van and to the airport. I’m already looking forward to my next road trip!!

What an amazing experience! Cindee and the team were wonderful, very communicative, and extremely helpful. It was our first time in an RV and they prepared us and walked us through everything so that we felt comfortable. The RV was amazing! And all this led to one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. Before our trip was done, we were already planning the next one!
