Dr. Holland has been an excellent psychiatrist to work with. He listens carefully, takes concerns seriously, and is thoughtful about treatment options. I appreciate that he stays up-to-date on newer approaches and is willing to explore different strategies when standard treatments haven’t been enough. Overall, I’ve found him knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I’m grateful for the support and would recommend him to others looking for a psychiatrist who takes both treatment and patient needs seriously.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Holland and his TMS Tech Clifford. When I first heard about TMS therapy the only place to go for it was Roanoke. But I was so happy when I found out Dr. Holland was doing it in Blacksburg. I did 20 minute treatment sessions 5 days a week for 6 weeks. And I truly do feel better. I'm very lucky that Dr. Holland opened his practice in my area in the spring of 2023. I was struggling for several years to find a psychiatrist and happened to be on another renewed search. Dr. Holland is a good listener, and approaches problems from not only a psychological lense but also a holistic lense as well. He is also very helpful in communicating the "why" of a care plan rather than just the "what".
