I highly discourage anyone from considering these apartments. Despite the high rent, the outdated and inefficient appliances from the 60s, along with the poorly insulated windows, result in sky-high electric bills during the winter months. The apartments are also incredibly drafty, making it nearly impossible to stay warm despite paying exorbitant heating costs. I've been a resident for 3 years and for the price, it's fine. However, they did increase rent due to the addition of brand new amenities that I was ultimately unable to take advantage of due to the pandemic. Up until the very last month of me living here, things were fine. Maintenance was a little bit slow and besides them having to "fix our fridge" 4 times instead of switching out, it was fine. Please do NOT choose this place. My husband just moved out. He was charged $2000 when he moved out for something that was on the carpet when he firstly moved in. The management forced him to write the check when he moved out.
Just found out that the leak in my daughter's ceiling that we noticed and brought to their attention upon move-in (August) has not yet been fixed properly. They just keep patching it, so every time it rains it leaks again. It is May now and still leaking. Very disappointed and they have the nerve to raise the girls' rent for next year.
