We have used Blacks Tire many years for both our family and Business needs. We have had good experiences and been serviced well. The owners are good people! But over that last year that we did do business there, it's seemed to become more uncomfortable. We have seen Mike take advantage of folks situations, He's rude not only to customers at times but to the other employees often. Discussing things that he shouldn't with the public. I have had the pleasure of using Black's Tire for years though the company I work for and for my personal vehicles to. These are a great bunch of guys, very courteous and work to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. A very professional bunch and Mike Owens is a card to talk with. You are always treated as you are a very close friend or family. I have never been there without being greeted with a smile and nice word, even at their busiest time.
