Been to several Blacks tire shop but this was the worst one of all. Took my Audi for tires and oil change, left bolts off my splash cover causing it to fly off and rip in half. Then after getting the tires on, they proceed to come and tell me they're unable to do the tire alignment on my car instead of saying this before putting tires on my car. The lady at the desk never took one class in customer service. Overall horrible. Will not go back there ever.
I have never in my entire life been more grateful than to have the good people of Black's tire and Auto rush over to help us get our car started being elderly an handicap having a car not started is a panic situation thank you so much Black's tire and Auto service
Service was quick and excellent, I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and a vehicle inspection.
My car showed that my tire needed service. I went to Black's and Ms. Jessica informed me that a tire sensor had gone bad. They were quick in fixing it. That is why I go there. They let you know quickly the problem, the cost and the approximate time that they can do the work.
