The staff at the Wicker St site was really nice. They are not just friendly, they are helpful. They checked out my brakes while I had the tires rotated & let me know my 12 year old car needed a bit more TLC. Also had the oil changed & a check engine light issue resolved. After all issues were addressed, Cody drove the car to reset the diagnostic program and managed to also complete the inspection that was needed. All in one day, no need to return until the next oil change. Friendly and fast, even with the COVID-19 issues.
This place is absolutely awful. Asked them to order a part for my car and they ordered a non-original, off-brand part that did not even fit my car. Upon attempting to return said part, Black's refused to allow me to return it since I no longer had the box for the part. So now I'm out 500 bucks because the geniuses at Black's (Chad) ordered the wrong part. Thanks Black's. I will be spreading this review far and wide.
