RecommendedShout out to Willy and the guys at Blacks tire in Jacksonville North Carolina for coming through in a clutch this morning when we’re supposed to be heading toward Raleigh for a marching band competition and found a flat tire on the truck. They had us in and out of there with the problem diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. 10/10 would recommend
Just was Not friendly at all towards me next customer comes in behind me they become chatter boxes and overly friendly smiles small talk the whole 9 yards. In customer service you should treat everyone the same make all costumers feel as if they chose the right place. In this situation i did not. I don’t recommend this location to anyone nor will I return for future services at least not to this location.

I normally don’t post on these pages.. however today I went to get an oil change in my Tahoe as normal. I was quoted a price of 106.00! I’ve always gotten my oil changed here and never paid that price. I get inflation.. I get it .. but it should be against the law to charge someone double the amount of an oil change because it holds 6 quarts and it’s synthetic oil. RecommendedNeeded emergency repairs. I have never been to Blacks Tire because I am new to the area. They evaluated my car quickly, diagnosed the problem, overnighted the part and had me in and out in 2 hours with a pretty major repair. Excellent customer service!

We had a flat tire, and a lot of places weren’t open because it was a holiday. So we paid them to come out. They “couldn’t” find the hole so they pumped it up, and left. Later that day I noticed it was loosing air, so I went into town to the shop to have them take a look at it. RecommendedKnowing my car needed a tune-up before a big trip, I asked friends for a recommendation of where to go. I brought my car here and they got me set to go! My gas mileage improved drastically because I had previously been procrastinating the maintenance not really understanding what needed to be done. They explained everything to me and have very fair rates and pricing! I highly recommend this shop. Thanks y'all!!
