RecommendedKnowing my car needed a tune-up before a big trip, I asked friends for a recommendation of where to go. I brought my car here and they got me set to go! My gas mileage improved drastically because I had previously been procrastinating the maintenance not really understanding what needed to be done. They explained everything to me and have very fair rates and pricing! I highly recommend this shop. Thanks y'all!!
Excellent service and extremely ethical!! My ex-husband is a mechanic and used to do all my work, so needless to say I was nervous going somewhere new. These guys take great care of you and are very honest. Prices are great as well.
Once again Blacks Tire automotive in New Bern saved us. This morning car wouldn't start got a jump took husband took doctor. would not start after , got another jump made it to Black's Tire. Did not wait long took it in right away, got results in minutes. They knew I was short on money and they tried their best to keep price down. They are very caring, thoughtful, and quick as possible. First time here, just moved to New Bern 1 month ago. Went here to get tire repaired, just happened by it driving looking for a place to get fixed. Stopped in at 1pm on a Sat. told him what I needed and he told me they just closed (close at 1pm) but fit me in. Very nice to talk to and went above and beyond to get me fixed even though they had just closed. Great customer service and will be back here often and tell all my friends about them.
Tom and management are firm believers of quality customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of the right way the first time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work to their vehicle. Thank you to the entire staff for all you do.
