One experience I had here was getting new tires and 2 of my hubcaps flew off on the highway. It took them about 2 months to replace my hubcaps. Then TODAY I was charged $381 for an alternator that only cost $226. My family and I are regular customers here and I I’m very disappointed in how much I paid today. $780 for a new alternator and battery was absolutely ridiculous. The manager asked me if I worked at auto zone because I’m a woman who has a little car knowledge. I promise that I won’t be returning.

A year ago, I wasn’t a fan of Black’s tire in Raleigh, NC due to some unsatisfactory reasons with my rig. But I have change of heart after I decided to give them one more shot. Mr. Herman Fowler, the moment I walked into the store, he was very courteous and helpful. From chose the right tires to keep me informed of work progress, he was right there. I am very happy with their work today and plan to go back there.
Juan helped us when we were in a pinch! Thank you very much for helping us and treating us with honesty and respect. We are from Delaware and our trailer was in desperate need of tires. He helped us find the right tires and at a great price. Could have charged us way more because we were stuck. Great to know there are still good people like you around! Thank you.
