Great place and great guy work there.
Will sell you anything to get you out the door, came in with a burnt out fan motor, gave me some universal motor, 4 different HP, dual voltage. Wired correctly, confirmed by licensed AC company, new motor burns up immediately. Come to find out Carrier unit will not take these dual voltage motors, but the guys at Blacks don’t take the time to know this information, nor ask the questions to find you the RIGHT part, they just sell you something close and then proceed to make sure they have “NO RETURN” signs posted EVERYWHERE.
