My wife and I tried Black's Smokehouse for the first time yesterday. Everyone was so nice and inviting. After letting them know it was out first visit, Kim made a recommendation for us to try a combination which came with pulled pork, brisket, and ribs. I also tried the jalapeño grits and sweet potato crunch. There is no way to put into words how amazing the food was. It is by far the best barbecue I have ever eaten. THE place for BBQ! Excellent pork and the brisket is ridiculous! Their specials are on another level. Nothing I've tried was less than excellent.

I'm new to the area and heard they were good. The Philly Cheesesteak for lunch was delicious, homemade roll and my kids loved the homemade bacon mac n' cheese. The service was great (only cash or check). We will be going back!!!!
Oh man!! The smokestack sandwich was absolutely awesome!! Best BBQ, fried okra and wings we've ever had!!
My husband and I ate here last night. The brisket was fabulous and the sides we're like momma's cookin! Can't wait to try ribs and pulled pork :)
