Top quality, customer service, and excellent products. Prices are very fair and affordable. Turnaround time for a custom-made, countertop manufactured, quartz was approximately 24 hours.

After working with Blackrock over time were able to resolve previous issues. Kico was extremely fast, fairly priced and accommodated our current situation. I would recommend and reuse Blackrock tile.

We were referred to BRTS by two different vendors. I found the cost to be very competitive but the communication was very difficult. Unanswered calls and messages, schedules were not adhered to, details were not followed, and some of the workmanship was not good. Had to ask them to come back out after installation to buff out counter tops where there were scratches, and fill in grout where it was missing. They buffed out scratches in the quartz, but then left rounded buff marks.??? Would not use them again.
