Installed 4 skylights, which leaked from day 1. After multiple attempts to reflash them, they stopped leaking for a year, but are back to leaking. A different Velux certified installer indicated that the wrong flashing kits were used in the install and that the skylights were glued to the framing kits, which invalidated any warranty. So three years after install, the skylights need to be replaced completely. Troy Davis is a delight to work with! He is straightforward and knowledgeable, does what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it. He's efficient, fast, and reasonable. Troy helped me with a very difficult roofing problem that others had failed to resolve.He did what he said he would do.He stuck with it.He stood behind his work.And he’s a good guy to deal with.What more can you ask for?I just hired him for a roofing job on another building.
