This company is horrible at communication, and are very unprofessional. They use personal excuses which isn’t acceptable. Home and work should be kept separate no matter the circumstances. This company will make you pay 750+ in cleaning charges. It doesn’t matter if you spend hours cleaning, they don’t care. We told the company weeks in advance that we would like to schedule a walk through upon moving out.
