After an awful week with a care company I would say verging on cruelty, my mum has been cared for by the Blackpool council carers and wow how fantastic they are. They are what everyone would wish for when you want care at home. Everyone who needs care at home deserves the highest of care and Blackpool council carers provide it. Wish I could keep them mum is like a different person very happy. I have new carer provider next week I am full of anxiety and pray they are good.
My 96 year old father has just received 2 weeks hospital discharge care. The team that visited were excellent, caring, thoughtful and respectful. He had nothing but praise for them all and thanks them for everything.
